To those affected by Nexons lack of response.
Please be aware that nexon has every right to take away all of your mesos and ban your account for any reason they want. This does not mean that you do not have the right to express disatisfaction at nexons incompetence and lack of response. Remember, its the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.
It is also a good idea to express concern and dissatisfaction to places other than the nexon forum, and it is important to submit a ticket if you are having problems. Please keep posting on the forums your disatisfaction with nexons service as well as other places on the internet. This is more than simply trying to get compensation but also about letting new players what to expect when they have a problem.
Chances are we will never be adequately compensated, no matter who you complain to or ask for help. As far as Maple world is concerned Nexon is god, altho you could also argue that hackers have taken over maplestory,
It is a good idea to write to consumer advocacy groups such as the BBB and the Consumerist.

Also it is a good idea to write to Game review sites and magazines. (To many to count, google is your friend)
Keep in mind that no matter what you do at this point there is a 99% chance that if nexon does give any compensation it will be a small amount of maple points and 2x that you may, or may not, be able to participate in.
When moving to another game keep in mind that nexon is affiliated with alot of other companies, such as ndoor (wonderking) and Latale (ogplanet) and these are the games you want to avoid when looking for another game to play.
The only way nexon will change is if there actions start to affect how much money is coming in. Their biggest source of revenue is new players.If enough new players are discouraged from playing maple and start a new game then customer service will hopefully improve.

Also flaming and insulting nexon using blanket statements such as "Nexon sucks" makes the victims look bad. You need to point out the problems you are having and how nexon has failed to repond.
Insulting other players that defend nexon also doesn't help. It makes you look bad. Let them insult you, it makes them look bad.
