tried numerous times tonight to get on vent for the first time in months, and it refused to actually connect. it never flat out told me it couldnt connect, and at one point i waited for nearly 30 minutes while my comp was communicating with the server, only to come back and its still communicating with the server...

Yes it did Bill, every thing is the same exept the port 31275
